The ALT process is designed to enhance current training and development initiatives, as well as your organization’s ability to achieve lasting results and commitment to change from its critical stakeholders. This new demographic reality will continue to challenge organizations to evolve new strategies for developing and retaining the talent they currently possess, while coping with a veritable crisis in succession planning brought about by these demographic changes.
