MENA Smart conducted an in-house training for DEWA employees for the "Enhanced Productivity Skills (Maximizing your personal Effectiveness)" course. Sixteen staffs from different departments attended the first batch of training last June 16 & 17, 2013.
After the training, participants were very eager to apply the acquired experience on their working environment after having been updated with new skills and knowledge.
We delivered the same course for 2 days in Arabic language to another set of 12 employees a day after the last batch.
