Basics of Leadership

If organizations need to strive in a turbulent business world, employees should be the first to learn the art of leadership. In the third section, we ask the question, “What values are essential to leadership? My personal answer to this question is simply “Credibility”. So, honesty is a vital process for a healthy workplace environment where trust and commitment are practiced. The topics that shall be discussed are but not limited to:

Forming the Vision
